Curl BC offers strategic planning sessions to help member clubs and associations thrive and grow. These sessions are designed to support organizations in aligning their vision, goals, and operations with long-term success. Our strategic planning services include a comprehensive review of current challenges, opportunities, and resources, followed by facilitated discussions to develop actionable plans. We tailor each session to meet the unique needs of your club, fostering collaboration and innovation to build a sustainable future for curling in your community. By participating in these sessions, members gain clarity, focus, and a roadmap to achieve their objectives.

Curl BC Members can request to have a facilitated Strategic Planning Session with their board over 2-3 days.

Strategic Planning Fees- $2900 +GST

• Includes facilitator for 2-3 days session
• Updated Strategic Plan
• Updated Operations Plan
• Curl BC will cover the facilitator honorariums, travel expenses, and resources.
