On November 24, the Thompson Okanagan intercity Jr. Curling League and the Vernon Curling Club hosted Curl BC’s first RockFest West Qualifier. Athletes aged 11-14 conducted 12 skill testing shots for a chance to get an invite to Curling Canada’s RockFest West hosted at the Kelowna Curling Club from February 27 to March 1, during the 2025 Montana’s Brier.

We would like to commend all 33 athletes who participated. It takes courage to do these skill testing shots in front of peers and coaches.

The event would not have been possible without an amazing host club, remarkable volunteers, and committed parents. Thank you to all those who made this possible.
