At Curl BC, one of the most important things we do is to hold our Annual General Meeting. It allows us review the past twelve months, and set a course for the coming year.

Scheduled for Thursday, June 8^th at 7:00pm, the 2023 AGM is an inclusive event open to everyone holding membership at a Curl BC-affiliated curling club. While only club presidents—or their designated representatives—have voting power, we encourage all curlers to attend.

Voting rules for AGM:

1. Only voting delegates can vote (one person from each club).
2. The chair of the meeting will call for a vote. If you do not object, your vote will be counted as in favour.
3. If you’d like to vote against a motion or abstain from voting, you will be asked to write it in the chat or unmute yourself if you’re on the phone.
4. The chair will let members know if a motion has passed or not.
