Become a Curl BC Official as Easy as 1,2,3!
Officiating 101 – this webinar is geared towards ANYONE wanting to learn how you can become part of the Curl BC officiating team and the requirements to start your officiating journey with Curl BC. It is as easy as 1,2,3! Outline will include Time Clock Operator, Game Umpire and Curling Canada Level 3 Chief Umpire and beyond. Online learning opportunities will be shared and pathways in officiating.

Officiating Rules 101
This webinar is geared towards all players/coaches/parents that play in any Curl BC Championship or are looking at playing in a future Championship event. This will be a great webinar for new curlers or even season curlers wanting to know more. The webinar will go provide an Overview of the Curl BC rules and Curling Canada rules that are most common. There will be a discussion/question period at the end.

Official’s Chat
This webinar is geared to connect umpires, Deputy and Chief umpires across the province and learn the rules, documents/forms and scenarios that have happened or you may encounter in the field of play. There will be a brief review of how to take measurements and properly calculate LSD. Curl BC wants to support continued growth and development of our officials and we value each and everyone of you! We look forward to seeing you all on the call!
