REQUIREMENTS to become a trained Game Umpire for a BC Championship in a few simple steps:
PREREQUISITE +
- Verified Timeclock Operator from Curl BC
CURLING CANADA ONLINE TRAINING +
- Rules Module
- Game Umpire Training ($50.00 Register Here)
- (Current Umpires can take Refresher training for $25.00 – Register Here)
PRACTICAL +
- In-Person Review – usually held at a Championship event
- Act as a Game Umpire – minimum of six games ideally over two separate events
- Act as a Timeclock Supervisor x minimum 2 Games

- Game Umpire Evaluation
