Young Curlers Shine at First U15 RockFest West Qualifier in Kamloops
On November 1, the Kamloops Curling Club hosted the first BC Qualifier for this season’s U15 RockFest West!
Congratulations to all the young athletes who participated, and best of luck to those who qualified for U15 RockFest West, taking place March 12–14, 2026, at the Calgary Curling Club.
This exciting event will bring together athletes from across Western Canada for three days of learning, competition, and fun. The weekend will feature:
- Skill development sessions with guest coaches
- The RockFest Skills Competition
- Triples curling games
- A group outing to a Women’s World Championship game at the WinSport Event Centre
There are still more opportunities to qualify! The second qualifer will be held November 23 at the Langley Curling Club. Learn more and register at curlbc.ca/youth/rockfest.
Athletes who cannot attend in person can still qualify by submitting scores through the updated Curling Canada Skills App.
