Curl BC is excited to share details of a new workshop for members.

We have partnered with Vantage Point to facilitate a Forward Foundations Workshop as a Business of Curling opportunity for continued learning, growth, and development for our clubs and members.

By the end of the session our members will be able to:

• Describe how your organizational culture affects your ability to achieve your mission
• Identify behaviours that foster staff/volunteer engagement, support inclusion and get the best from people.
• Define the culture you want to foster at your organization
• Identify action steps to support your desired culture.

This event is open to managers, board members and volunteer representatives of our Curl BC clubs. There is a maximum of 20 participants. Curl BC will give each club an opportunity to register a representative on a first come, first served basis. As additional spaces are available more representatives of an attending club will be invited to join.
