The Girls Rock Program is an introductory experience to curling for girls, and those who identify as female, aged 9-16 presented by the women Curling Leaders Circle, Curl BC, and Kruger. Participants will get to throw curling rocks, sweep rocks, and learn basic strategy on the ice. Off the ice they’ll have an opportunity to get a photo with a provincial, national, or olympic medalist.
- No experience necessary
- T-Shirts are provided for all participants
- Curling equipment is provided
- wear warm and stretchy clothing
- bring clean running shoes
- Lead by female coaches and instructors

We encourage our members to host a Girls Rock event between February 5th – February 15th, 2025 to spotlight the importance of girls and women in sport.
- February 5th is National Women in Sport Day
- February 15th is the saturday of the opening weekend of the 2025 Scotties Tournament of Hearts.
