Elite Pathway

Elite Pathway

Elite means putting in the consistent effort and hard work required to achieve exceptional results. It’s about dedicating time to mastering skills, maintaining focus, and pushing yourself to improve continually. Elite performers don’t rely solely on natural talent; they invest in their development, refine their abilities, and stay disciplined, even when faced with challenges. It’s the result of relentless effort, resilience, and a commitment to constant growth and excellence.

In curling, being elite encompasses the ability to consistently execute a wide range of shots with varying techniques to suit all ice conditions. It requires a strong understanding of complex strategies, ice reading, angles, peak physical strength and conditioning, and exceptional mental toughness and focus.
