About Invermere Curling Club
The Invermere Curling Club is a vibrant community organization dedicated to promoting the sport of curling in Invermere, British Columbia. Situated at the Invermere District Curling Centre, the club offers facilities and programs catering to curlers of all ages and skill levels.
Facilities and Features:

Ice Sheets: The Invermere District Curling Centre features four curling sheets, providing ample space for both recreational and competitive curling.

Year-Round Venue: Beyond curling, the facility serves as a versatile event space. In winter, it hosts various curling leagues and bonspiels, while in summer, the rink transforms into a large open concrete area suitable for events like the Invermere Pickleball Club’s indoor courts.
Programs and Leagues:
The club offers a variety of leagues and programs tailored to different age groups and abilities. The 2024-2025 curling fees are as follows:
- Adult (19-49): $260.00
- Senior (50-59): 10% discount
- Master (60+): 20% discount
Notable Events:
A highlight of the club’s annual calendar is the Bonspiel on the Lake, celebrated for its unique format and community spirit. The 40th anniversary of this event took place from January 17 to 19, 2025, with all 64 teams in the main spiel and all 16 teams in the Hunger Games spiel filled to capacity.
