Group Block Details:
* Group Block dates: January 6-11, 2027
* Group rates are available up to 3 days pre/post actual event dates (based on availability).
* Rooms must be booked before Block Release/Cut-Off Date: December 16th (All unreserved rooms will be released back into the hotel’s inventory after this date)
* Group rates: $149 per night, based on single/double occupancy, taxes are extra. Children under the age of 18 years of age stay free.
Hotel check-in: 3:00 PM or after
Hotel check-out: before 11:00 AM
Group Reservation Policy:
1) No-Show Reservations: Reservation will be cancelled by the Hotel and the party which has guaranteed the reservation will be charged One Night, room and taxes.
2) Early Departure: One Night, room and taxes will be charged to the party which has guaranteed the reservation.
3) Guest Room Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with in three (3) days prior to arrival will be charged One Night, room and taxes to the party which has guaranteed the reservation.
