Position Overview
Curl BC is seeking a motivated and community-minded Youth Program Leader to support grassroots youth curling across the province. Working remotely for 10 hours per week from September to December 2026, the Youth Program Leader will act as a key point of contact for member facilities, helping them enhance, grow, and execute their local youth curling initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth sport development, community outreach, and growing the game of curling at the foundational level.

Manager of Member Services, Curling Canada
Lead Coach Positions, Vancouver Curling Club & Marpole Curling Club
Coaching plays a key role in ensuring that curlers have a safe, positive, and engaging experience on the ice. Vancouver Curling Club and Marpole Curling Club are seeking Lead Coaches to support program delivery, guide other coaches, and help create an inclusive environment for curlers of all ages and experience levels.
● Junior and Little Rocks Programs
● Adult Club Programs, including Learn-to-Curl programs and Novice Leagues
● Rental Programs and Try Curling sessions
Lead Coaches represent both our clubs and the sport of curling. Depending on the position, Lead Coaches may work with youth curlers ages 8 to 18, adult curlers in club programs, rental groups, new participants, parents/guardians, and other coaches. These roles are intended for leaders who are committed to developing curlers, supporting fellow coaches, and helping grow participation in the sport.
Vancouver Curling Club and Marpole Curling Club have approximately 80 coaches, 3,000 registered curlers, and many additional rental participants each season. The Lead Coach positions will help coordinate program coaches with the Head Coach, strengthen program consistency, and improve the experience for all curlers.
