Fees – Member Facility
2026–27 Season
Affiliation fees are $29 per regular curler (age 13+) at Member Facilities.
- The $29 fee includes:
- Sport Accident Insurance for individuals listed in the affiliation reports
- Curl BC Fees
- Curling Canada Fees
Who Pays Affiliation Fees?
- Any individual who participates in curling activities (leagues, learn to curl, drop-in, practice ice, etc.) four or more times during the season will be charged affiliation fees for the current season.
- Any coach or official not participating as a curler at a Member Facility will also be charged the annual affiliation fee.
- U13 curlers (born on or after January 1, 2014) and Special Olympic curlers are NOT charged, but must be included in the affiliation report totals.
Late Fees
A 5% late fee will be applied to affiliation reports submitted after the deadline.
Requests for deadline extensions must be discussed with the Curl BC Member Services Coordinator before the deadline.

- 2025–26: $27
- 2026–27: $29
- 2027–28: $31 (subject to annual review)
Future fee structure is subject to annual review by the Curl BC Board.
Affiliation Report Information
Reporting Period (2026-27 Season)
For the 2026 – 27 season, there will be 2 reporting and invoice periods.
PERIOD 1
Report Due: November 15
Payment Deadline: November 30
Includes all individuals who register and pay the Member Facility before November 1.
Curl BC will invoice each Member Facility based on the report information submitted through the Period 1 Report link.
All affiliation reports must be submitted through the online link provided.
We will not accept printed or mailed affiliation reports.
PERIOD 2
Report Due: March 1
Payment Deadline: March 31
Includes all individuals who register and pay the Member Facility after the Period 1 submission.
Curl BC will invoice each Member Facility based on the information provided through the Period 2 Report submission.
Late Fees

The following data is to be collected and reported to Curl BC by all Member Facilities:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
- Gender
- Phone
- Address
- City
- Unit
- Province
- Country
- Postal Code
- Facility/Club/Centre

Affiliation Submission
Membership Reporting Form
The Membership Reporting Form is used to submit the required affiliation data for each reporting period. This information is used to generate your facility’s invoice.
The form includes the following required fields:
- Club/Centre/Facility
- U13 curlers (born on or after January 1, 2014)
- Special Olympics curlers
- Paid Elsewhere (curlers who paid their affiliation at another Member Facility — please list names in your Excel file)
- Regular curlers for affiliation
- Number of leagues/programs (4+ sessions)
- Number of sheets used
- Membership file upload (Excel only)
- Contact name
- Contact email

Important
Do NOT include individuals who visit your facility three times or fewer in the affiliation reports for the season.
Sport Accident Insurance - Affiliated Individuals
Affiliated Individuals Coverage
- All individuals who are members of Curl BC affiliated centres are covered through the Sport Accident Insurance program.
- This covers all individuals listed in each Member Facilities affiliation report
- This includes all individuals who participate in curling activities four (4) or more times per season. The affiliation report list will be used to verify a curlers coverage in the event of an accident
