Club Volunteer Recognition Certificates

All Curl BC Member Facilities are eligible to nominate TWO volunteers for recognition by their club: 1 male and 1 female. Curl BC does not need to be provided with details of the volunteers’ contributions to your club. It is up to the club to determine who they would like to recognize and to present the certificates at an appropriate event.

We need the following information only: Full Name (please verify spelling of names), gender of each person being nominated, date that certificates are required by (if presentation event is known), and address to send the certificates to.
