Start the season with high performance training

High Performance camps for juniors and adults are taking place in September to kick off the curling season.

Registration is now open to all athletes, not just those in the Curl BC High Performance Program, who had the opportunity to register in advance.

The Junior High Performance Camp, on September 8, will take place at the Cowichan Rocks Curling Club. It covers technical and mental training, and will cost $35 + HST for athletes not in the Curl BC High Performance Program.

The Adult High Performance Camp also takes place on September 8, and it is being held at the North Shore Winter Club, in North Vancouver. It covers technical and mental training, injury prevention  and the new Canadian Curling Association rules. The cost for athletes not in the Curl BC High Performance Program is $50 + HST.

To register, and for more information, visit our calendar page.

The registration deadline for these programs is September 2, 2012.
